All CreativeFlow tools are built for and strictly tested against Blender 5.0 and above. They take advantage of the Blender 5.0 Extensions platform and the newer Python API improvements. (for 4.3+) in development due to changes in API 5.0+. will be available and people who bought this 5.0+ get instant acces to the file. 

Download the .zip file from your receipt. In Blender, go to Edit → Preferences → Get Extensions → Install from Disk, select the downloaded .zip, or just drag zip file and drop it on blender and click install button.
