1. All Sales Final for Digital Downloads
Due to the irrevocable, digital nature of downloadable software, Blender add-ons (distributed as source-available GPL Python scripts and assets), and immediate file delivery upon checkout, all sales are final and non-refundable once files have been downloaded or access has been granted to your customer portal.
Unlike physical goods, digitally delivered assets cannot be returned or uninstalled remotely. I encourage you to carefully read the product documentation, feature lists, compatibility requirements (supported Blender versions), and review demo clips prior to purchasing.
2. Dedicated Technical Support & Bug Fixes
As an independent solo developer, I stand behind the quality of my tools. If you encounter any unexpected technical errors, installation difficulties, or compatibility bugs on an officially supported Blender release:
- Please contact me directly with your Order ID, your operating system, your Blender version, and a description or screenshot of the issue.
- I will work with you one-on-one to diagnose the issue, provide troubleshooting steps, or issue a software patch / update.
3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you experience any billing concerns or have questions about a charge on your statement, please reach out to me first before opening a payment dispute. I am committed to resolving genuine account inquiries quickly and transparently.
